This is an all India platform of revolutionary students' organisations of the country, which works for achieving the goals of New Democratic Revolution in India. Some of its constituents are:

The vast majority of students' organizations active in the campuses in India are backed by political parties. But there are a few organizations that are mostly active only in a handful of colleges and universities or sometimes exclusively operating in one campus, which are not affiliated to any political formation. Critics often prefer to call them apolitical organizations rather than non-political organizations. These organizations provide a suitable platform for politically active students dissatisfied with the allegedly corrupt politics in India.

Jharkhand Students' Fedaration is in power of Students' Union in Silda Chandra Sekhar College under the Vidyasagar University, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal for more than Last one decade. In the nineties Jharkhand Students'Ferderation was in the power of Students' Union all five colleges of Jhargram Sub-Division of Paschim Medinipur district of West Bengal namely -1)Jhargram Raj College, Jhargram 2)Vivekananda Satabarsiki College, Manikpara 3)Seva Bharati College, Kapgari 4)Subarnarekha College, Gopiballavpur and 5)Chandra Sekhar College, Silda.
